The fees for the congress include

• entrance to the lecture hall
• entrance to the poster hall
• entrance to the exhibition area
• coffee breaks incl. coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruits
• business lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (vegan, vegetarian and normal)
• participation in the welcome reception (with vegan, vegetarian and normal food)
• participation in the social evening (with vegan, vegetarian and normal food)
• congress issue of ALTEX incl. the abstracts of the lectures and posters

Terms of cancellation for the congress registration 

For cancellation up to August 12th 2010 the whole amount will be refunded less bank charges. For cancellation between August 12th and August 26th 2010, 50% of the registration fee will reimbursed less bank charges. After August 26th 2010 there will be no refund of the registration fee.

Any reimbursements will be effected after the congress exclusively by bank transfer.
